We created a nifty interactive site plan map that shows what homes are available. To update, we simply upload a spreadsheet of the models. Some scripting in Flash does the rest, linking pictures to PDFs, related homes to each other, showing sold vs. available, views from the property, and much more.
real estate
Our portfolio has a number of real estate websites. Generally speaking, this type of website starts with a marketing firm, who hires a designer, who then contracts us to program the website. We like to be involved as early as possible in the process, to help clarify mundane things like securing the domain name, selecting a web host, establishing email addresses, and whatnot.
ReptonPlace.com
An Oasis of Open Space in Watertown. We were brought in to implement and manage the site, and have revised the home page several times.
The Penmark
Real estate development in Boston. Including Flash logo animation, basic information, floor plans, contact form, etc. (Designed with Adams Design.)
Cedarmere Cohassett
“A soft-spoken development that honors the beauty of its natural surroundings,” Cedarmere Cohassett needed a website that fell in line with that philosophy. Working with Adams Design, we created a site that was easy to use, with appropriate use of Flash for a tasteful design accent.
Lofts at SoCo
SoCo is where it’s happening. In the heart of Brockton’s renaissance district, you can find an affordable, wide-open, light filled loft just half an hour from downtown Boston.
28 Exeter at Newbury
Designed by Adams Design, this website captures the aesthetics of a high-end apartment building located on the corner of the chic Newbury and Exeter Streets in Boston. Looping Flash graphics accent each page. Includes links to sample unit floor plans, via thumbnails and printable PDFs.
Scott Companies
Site for 1208B VFW Parkway, West Roxbury. A center for wellness, medical and professional offices with ample parking, convenient to Newton, Dedham and major highways. We subcontracted Skene Design to develop the logo and branding and basic page design, and Ed Malitsky did the photography.
Bell Tower Place
When local realtors John Petrowsky and Christian Jones needed an online brochure for a church-gone-condo, where else to turn but BKJ Productions? With our extensive background in managing and designing such websites, we were able to create an attractive, functional marketing tool that has helped sell five of the nine units in record time. Includes a link to a Youtube video, slideshows of interiors, and a Yahoo map of relevant information nearby.
The 1850
Old, but not quaint! An historic South End factory, full of character, and fully sold out– thanks, in part, no doubt, to a spiffy website created in conjunction with Adams Design. This Flash-based site uses a few clever techniques to keep its listing in Google, at the same time complying with SEO guidelines. Our “QuickFix” editor allows for easy text edits.
360 Newbury
Working with Adams Design, we helped realize the “total” 360¬? vision of the marketing. A relatively simple site, easy to navigate, with appropriate use of Flash animations to accent the text.
